Hey there!

My name is Neil, and I am a creative and motivated UX researcher looking to secure a full-time position where I can exercise my UX experience. Understanding and improving user experiences ultimately build trusting and resilient user bases that are bound to grow.

I grew up tinkering and building everything from LEGOs to go-karts. This applied to more practical problem-solving in college by developing electric race vehicles for the school. Aside from my education, I’ve put my problem-solving skills and an empathetic mindset to use by helping teach elementary school students, specifically those with learning difficulties. This challenged me to approach problems in multiple new ways and think outside the box to foster understanding. Now, I apply that same mindset in the User Experience realm. The research that I have conducted as a freelancer has already promoted tangible change for clients.

In my free time, I enjoy problem-solving in different ways that manifest into complex computer design and fabrication, 3D modeling and printing, and gaming. These hobbies further my interest in iteration, innovation, and curiosity, which I look to find in my professional career.
